Terms of Service

Last updated: July 28, 2026

These terms govern your use of MowSolo. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use MowSolo.

The service

MowSolo is software for solo lawn-care and snow-plowing operators to manage clients, routes, jobs, invoicing, and payments. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity under your account, and for the business and customer data you enter — including having the right to store it. You must be at least 18 and use MowSolo for lawful business purposes.

Subscriptions and billing

MowSolo is free during early access. When paid plans launch, subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store on iOS and through Stripe on the web.

  • Auto-renewing subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
  • A free introductory period, if offered, converts to a paid subscription at the end of the free period unless cancelled beforehand. Any unused portion of a free period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
  • Manage or cancelan App Store subscription in your device's Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions; manage a web subscription from your billing settings. Refunds are handled under Apple's or Stripe's applicable policies.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no unlawful activity, no attempting to break or overload the system, no reselling access, and no uploading content you don't have the right to use.

Your data and deletion

You own your business data. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimers

MowSolo is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and MowSolo is a business tool — not tax, legal, or accounting advice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MowSolo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; we'll revise the date above and notify you of material changes in the app. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
