Privacy Policy

MowSolo ("MowSolo," "we," "us") helps solo lawn-care and snow-plowing operators run their business — clients, routes, invoicing, and payments. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. Questions: alex@mowsolo.com.

Information we collect

• Account information — your email, password (stored hashed by our authentication provider), and business name.
• Business data you enter— your customers' names, addresses, phone numbers, and emails; jobs and visits you log; invoices, quotes, expenses, and pricing. You control this data; we store and process it to provide the service to you.
• Photos you capture — receipt images, client-list photos, and logos. When you use an AI feature (receipt scan, client-list import, message helper), the image or text is sent to our AI provider to extract the details and is not used to train their models.
• Usage analytics — product events (e.g., account created, first job logged) and basic device/session information, used to understand activation and improve the app. On the web only, we may record marketing attribution (UTM) parameters from the link you arrived through.

How we use it

• Provide, maintain, and improve the app.
• Process subscription payments and manage your plan.
• Understand how features are used so we can make them better.
• Respond to support requests and important service notices.

We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We share data only with providers that help us run MowSolo:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
• Anthropic — AI processing for receipt scanning, list import, and the message helper.
• Apple — subscription billing for the iOS app (App Store).
• Stripe — subscription billing on the web.
• Meta — advertising measurement on our website only (not inside the app).

Your customers' data

The client details you enter belong to your business. You are responsible for having the right to store them and for how you use them. We process that data on your behalf to run the features you use, and we delete it when you delete your account.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Delete account. Deletion removes your clients, jobs, invoices, expenses, analytics, and your login, and cannot be undone.

Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with our infrastructure provider. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Children

MowSolo is a business tool intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy; we'll revise the date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
